Lijing brings in her multicultural experience and trilingual proficiency to our business and immigration practice. Lijing first became interested in business immigration following her work for an immigration law firm at its downtown Toronto office, where she was part of a global practice team assisting multinational corporate clients with business visitor applications.

Lijing’s practice primarily focuses on business immigration, with in-depth knowledge and experience in different categories of work permit applications under the Temporary Foreign Worker Program and International Mobility Program. She works closely with clients to provide strategic legal advice and assistance to fulfill their workforce mobility and labour shortage needs.

Prior to joining Sobirovs Law Firm, Lijing worked at a boutique corporate immigration law firm in Toronto, where she focused on a variety of immigration matters including work permits, labour market impact assessments, temporary resident visas, rehabilitation, temporary resident permits, permanent residence and citizenship.

 Lijing is fluent in Mandarin and Cantonese. In her spare time, Lijing enjoys reading, kayaking and hiking.
